Queensland Agricultural Training Colleges (QATC) is the premier provider of rural industries training throughout Queensland, delivering on and off campus instruction across all of the major agricultural, horticultural and pastoral regions. The organisation operates two colleges (Emerald Agricultural College and Longreach Pastoral College) as well as training hubs throughout regional Queensland.
QATC is accredited to deliver a range of programs including diploma and certificate qualifications, traineeships and apprenticeships, Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), and short courses, as well as adult community education and other specialty programs focusing on rural and regional workforce needs.

The Senior Leadership Team, comprising the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Executive Directors, and business unit Directors and Managers, meets regularly to discuss strategic and operational matters, with the Chief Executive Officer reporting to the QATC Governing Board. Local College Boards provide valued industry input around training requirements and strategic direction.
